How it works

Four steps, done for you.

When AI answers a question, it looks at what's been written about you online. We make sure that writing describes you accurately. Here's how it works:

  1. We measure

We list the questions people might ask about you: “Who is X?”, “What's the best …?”, “X or Y?” and so on.

We put these questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot and assess the answers from three angles: Does it know you? Does it describe you correctly? Does it recommend you?

    What we need from you

A short intro call. You tell us who you are and how you'd like to be described.

  2. We plan

We work out why AI doesn't know you or describes you wrongly. The reason is usually simple: there isn't enough content about you, or old information is getting more weight.

We turn what's needed (which topic, which platform, what kind of content) into short recipes we call “briefs”.

    What we need from you

Review and approve the plan. We never start producing content without your approval.

  3. We tell

Briefs are opened to creators on our platform. Storytellers who know the subject produce the content: a blog post, a forum entry, a LinkedIn or Instagram post.

Our team checks every piece before it goes live: Is the information correct? Is the language clear? Does it match the brief?

    What we need from you

Nothing. If you like, you can see every published piece one by one.

  4. We track

Every month we ask the same questions again and report on what changed. If a new gap or error appears, we update the plan.

That way your visibility isn't a one-off project but something that keeps getting better.

    What we need from you

Read your monthly report. It takes five minutes.

Why it works

What does AI look at when it answers?

AI doesn't pick at random. When it describes or recommends a person or a brand, it generally pays attention to these five things. We shape the content around them.

  1. Concrete facts

Numbers, dates, places. “3,000 students since 2012” rather than “very experienced”.

  2. Others talking about you

Your name appearing in different places, not just on your own site.

  3. Freshness

New, regularly published content carries more weight than old content.

  4. Clear writing

Content with headings, lists and plain sentences is easier to quote.

  5. Accessibility

AI tools being able to read your website and content.

Timeline

What happens when?

  1. Week one

    Report and plan

We run the measurement and present your first report and content plan.

  2. Month one

    First content

The first pieces are produced and published according to the plan you approved.

  3. Following months

    Measure and improve

You get a report every month, and we update the plan together based on the results.

AI platforms pick up new content at different speeds. When you'll see change depends on your field and your starting point; first results usually appear within a few weeks to a few months.
